Position Title:AI Solutions Architect

Location:Hangzhou / Shanghai / Shenzhen / Guangzhou / Nanjing (flexible)

Compensation:Monthly salary RMB 25k–40k, with 16 months of annual pay

Job Description:

1. Requirements Analysis & Scenario Identification: Understand business knowledge in one or more domains, communicate effectively with clients to uncover real needs, and identify scenarios where AI technology can be applied.

2. Technical Judgment & Solution Design: Possess a solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and large language models (LLMs). Design tailored solutions based on client needs using our cloud + AI products. Be capable of developing agent demos and articulating the advantages of our cloud products and solutions to clients' business and technical decision-makers, influencing their technology selection.

3. Product Feedback & Optimization: Based on market/client needs and technology trends, provide actionable feedback to our product and R&D teams on LLM application solutions and Agent tools. Drive innovation and iterative upgrades to enhance product competitiveness and market share.

4. Market Insight & Scalable Replication: Identify replicable, scalable LLM solutions that align with market logic. Summarize successful practices from client implementations to achieve "from 0 to 1," and share knowledge and project insights with internal teams and clients to facilitate "from 1 to N" replication.

Qualifications

1. 3–6 years of work experience, with relevant academic or professional background in machine learning, deep learning, or large language models. Demonstrate continuous curiosity and independent thinking on technology trends such as ML, DL, intelligent computing, LLMs, and AI agents.

2. Bachelor's degree from a 985 or 211 university (China's top-tier institutions), preferably in computer science, automation, or related engineering fields. Publications at CCF-A/B conferences are a plus.

3. Proficiency in development frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, and experience building LLM agents using tools like LangChain. Experience with LLM product deployment or large-scale complex projects is preferred.

4. Holding Alibaba Cloud ACP certifications (e.g., PAI, Tongyi LLM Application Engineer) is a plus.

5. Strong curiosity and exploratory spirit; resilient, self-driven, and adept at innovating in uncertain environments.

Note: This position is part of our strategic talent reserve program, with dedicated training and development plans. Candidates from management trainee programs at major tech companies or cloud vendors are preferred. Age limit: under 30.
