Job Title: Database Presales Architect

Company: ActionBase/Boban Data (爱可生/博般数据), a leading provider of integrated centralized-distributed open-source and Xinchuang (domestic innovation) database products, multi-source database intelligent management platforms, data fusion service platforms, and enterprise-grade knowledge brain and digital assistant solutions powered by large language models and vector databases.

Location: Shenzhen

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality, feasible, and scalable solutions to clients through in-depth requirements analysis and business negotiations.

2. Manage projects during the technical presales phase, coordinating resources across departments to ensure smooth project execution.

3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement presales technical strategies and achieve sales targets.

4. Design and optimize technical solutions to enhance their market competitiveness.

5. Contribute to the company's technology roadmap and strategic planning, providing technical support for long-term growth.

6. Organize and lead technical exchanges and training sessions to elevate the technical capabilities of both clients and the sales team.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above; a degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.

2. Familiarity with database products and solutions, with hands-on experience in database architecture, development, or operations preferred. Experience with public, private, or dedicated cloud implementations is a plus.

3. Exceptional client communication, presentation, and coordination skills, with the ability to quickly grasp customer needs and deliver superior solutions.

4. Strong team collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across marketing, R&D, and sales departments.

5. Deep expertise in database technologies and related domains, demonstrating both technical depth and breadth.

6. Strong learning aptitude and self-motivation, with a commitment to continuously updating technical knowledge and professional skills.
