【Job Requirements】
1. Provide presales support for the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs, their second-tier agencies, and related partners. Help the sales team close deals and grow Alibaba Cloud's revenue.
2. As a technical expert, design cloud computing solutions that enable business migration to the cloud, drive digital and intelligent transformation, and support critical business requirements. Guide customers in building elastic, highly available compute architectures; help them implement AI, business systems, cloud foundations, monitoring systems, DevOps, big data, and more. Improve customers' IT capabilities across three dimensions: cost, efficiency, and stability. Ensure solutions are both deployable and competitive.
3. Own market insight, solution development, go-to-market strategy, and partner collaboration strategy for typical finance and customs use cases. Develop a deep understanding of industry business models, stay ahead of market and technology trends, and drive the adoption of industry products, solutions, and partner ecosystems.
4. Build industry influence by organizing internal and external industry salons, delivering technical talks, and sharing best practices for Alibaba Cloud implementation.
5. Lead or empower partners to manage the full lifecycle of customer solution design and delivery, including POC demonstrations, functional/performance testing, project delivery risk analysis, and delivery communication. Continuously optimize cost, value, and ROI while ensuring performance and security.
6. Provide advisory services for the overall technology platform. Strengthen solution competitiveness and improve delivery maturity by empowering partners and driving deep co-creation.
【Job Description】
- Design presales solution architectures for the healthcare industry (hospitals, health commissions, medical communities, regional healthcare platforms, etc.). Support solution development and implementation for large government/enterprise projects, private cloud platforms, and AI healthcare initiatives.
- Lead infrastructure architecture design for complex projects, including compute planning, network architecture, storage architecture, security architecture, and data center/private cloud infrastructure. Complete key technical assessments such as resource estimation, bandwidth planning, concurrency modeling, and storage capacity planning.
- Develop a deep understanding of healthcare business scenarios (clinical care, public health, health management, data governance, research, tiered diagnosis and treatment, etc.). Translate business requirements into deployable technical architectures and deliver overall architecture diagrams, deployment plans, technical whitepapers, and bid proposals.
- Engage in executive-level customer communications, requirements discovery, technical exchanges, and solution presentations. Support the sales team through the full cycle of project initiation, bidding, and contract signing.
- Collaborate with delivery, R&D, and product teams to ensure solutions are implementable, deliverable, and scalable. Resolve technical risks and architectural issues in the pre-sales phase.
- Track healthcare industry policies and technology trends (cloud, AI, big data, Xinchuang/domestic IT localization, data security). Codify industry best practices and standardized solutions.
